Stage 1 – Sending your media to us • Download and complete the shipping and agreement form and enclose it with the media. • Pack your media safely with bubble wrap and enclose within a box • Send it securely via Courier; please make sure it’s a recorded delivery only. Stage 2 - Diagnostic and Recovery Process • Once the media is received you will be emailed with a job number and the diagnostic process will begin. • Once the diagnostic process is completed, a member of our team will contact you with the results. • On the rare occasion that the data cannot be recovered, we will arrange for the media to be returned to you securely (please read the return policy). Stage 3 – Return of your Data • We will transfer the data to a media of your choice • Once the payment is received the recovered data is returned by secure next day delivery. • (optional) A copy of the data is retained for 7 days in case of query, after which the data is securely wiped and the Job is closed. |
