	These terms and conditions and the relationship between you and Electroclinic shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Law of England and Wales and Electroclinic and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales. electroclinic.co.uk reserves all the rights for the website.
